At Forge Athletics, we take pride in delivering premium athletic apparel designed for performance, comfort, and durability. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a fair and transparent returns process.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Be in its original condition with all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Forge Athletics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or required by applicable consumer law:

Gift cards.

Clearance, sale, or final sale items.

Items marked as non-returnable.

Clothing that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or has had its tags removed.

Underwear, swimwear, socks, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange eligible items, subject to stock availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

Store credit, or

A refund where applicable.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

Your order number.

A brief description of the issue.

Clear photos showing the problem.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Forge Athletics will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved:

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
Return Shipping
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective product or an error made by Forge Athletics, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost during return transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard returns process.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned to Forge Athletics because an incorrect shipping address was provided or the parcel was not collected, shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Store Credit
Where appropriate, Forge Athletics may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated and may be used toward any future purchase.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
