At Forge Athletics, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing

Orders are processed on Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 5-10** business days** after payment has been successfully received.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or other peak periods, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Processing your order does not mean it has been shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and may vary depending on your location and the courier.

Forge Athletics ships all domestic orders using Aramex Store-to-Door.
Orders are dispatched after processing has been completed. Once collected by Aramex, the following delivery estimates apply:

Please note:

Aramex collects Store-to-Door shipments on business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been collected by Aramex, not from the date your order is placed.

Deliveries are made during normal business hours.

Some farms, mines, game lodges, military bases, ports, embassies, and other special delivery locations may require additional delivery time and may incur additional courier charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

During promotional periods, public holidays, peak shopping seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes.

While Forge Athletics strives to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
Where applicable, free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied:

Additional courier fees may apply.

Forge Athletics is not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details. We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to Forge Athletics because:

the delivery address was incorrect,
-
the parcel was unclaimed,
-
delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful, or
-
the customer refused delivery,
the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
If a refund is requested instead, the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged to us may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Customs inspections (for international orders)

Industrial action or other unforeseen events
Forge Athletics is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected countries.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Ownership & Risk
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon full payment.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
